Laura Grinberga
London, United Kingdom
Born in Latvia and currently living in London, Laura has breathed art from an early age as the daughter of a professional painter and granddaughter of a painter and sculptor. Having lived in 9 countries and speaking 7 languages, she has observed human behaviour, habits, customs, traditions and rituals in different countries and fields of work.
In 2009, in Milan, Italy, Laura started her visual artist’s journey, incorporating social-cultural anthropology; language, traditions, behaviour and the differences and patterns between them.
Her paintings explore complex topics, such as life. “We are all like dots on a canvas and each one of us is unique and individual, but all of us create the complete scene no matter how each one has developed, shaped, located or exposed.”
