Linda Khatri

Linda Khatri (b.1972) is an abstract painter, sculptor and pattem designer. Her work is based on
contemporary principles, specifically focused on experimenting with abstraction. Her work is process-driven while exploring pattern and movement with colour.
Trained as a surface pattern designer, Khatri worked as a textile designer for both fashion and home furnishing brands before practicing as an interior designer in New York. Here she designed furniture, carpets, wall coverings, and lighting while always finding time for her painting practice.
Khatri currently lives and works in London and has most recently exhibited her work at Finch Cafe (London) and AKA Contemporary (Cambridge). In 2022 she was longlisted for the VAA Artist Prize and has previously exhibited at The Other Art Fair (London) BWAC Pier Show 7 (Brooklyn, NY), and New York University's coveted small works show.
